EPILA is a scam product. They will send the product that does not perform as described. I returned the product and I have confirmation that they received the returned product but epila will not respond to any email or inquiries about the product. It has been more than 2 months and I have not received my refund nor communication from them whatsoever. I have filed a report with paypal and with ic3.gov, the internet crime agency. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. the merchant will not communicate with you once they have your money!!! it's not worth it!!!
